About these terms
These terms apply to work carried out by TB Property Maintenance and Roofing (Travis Biddle). Your written quote forms part of the agreement and takes priority if anything differs.
Inspections and quotes
Homeowner inspections are free. Quotes are fixed-price for the work described. If further work is found once the job starts, we will explain it, show evidence and agree it with you before carrying it out.
Scheduling
We agree start dates with you in advance. Roofing depends on the weather, so dates may need to move for safety or quality reasons; we will keep you informed.
Access and your property
Please provide reasonable access to the property and let us know of anything relevant, such as known structural issues. We keep the site tidy and take care of your property while we work.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote. Please contact us with any questions before work begins.
Guarantees
Guarantees are provided on our work and vary between repairs and full re-roofs. The guarantee for your job is confirmed in writing with your quote.
Insurance
We hold £1 million public liability insurance.
Cancellations and complaints
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. If you are unhappy with anything, contact Travis directly and we will work to put it right.
